What we collect

When you place an order, we keep your name, your email, your phone number if you add one, a drop-off address if you choose drop-off, any notes, and the keychains you ordered.

When you send us a message, we keep your name, your email and what you wrote.

Why we keep it

Only to make your keychains, arrange the pickup or drop-off, and reply to you. We never sell your details and we do not use them for advertising.

Emails

After you order, we send you a confirmation and may email you to set up the handoff. Our emails can include open and click tracking, which tells us roughly whether an email was opened and which links were used.

Your order bag

The keychains you add are saved in your own browser, so they are still there when you come back. Clearing your browser data removes them.

Visitor stats

We count visits to the site in a privacy-friendly way, without cookies, so we can see which pages people find useful. It does not identify you.
